Or, as we call it… an ADVANCED REMODELIST – FIELD.

Remodeling + Specialist = REMODELIST = YOU?

What You’ll Do

• Mentor and train emerging and advanced Remodelists in all residential field-related areas.
   

• Provide hands-on coaching for best practices in:

  • Site Protection and upkeep

  • Demolition

  • Framing

  • Excavation

  • Millwork

  • Custom cabinetry creation and installation

  • Flooring prep

  • Exterior Detailing (Siding, Roofing, etc)

  • Carpentry-related systems knowledge

  • (bonus) Specialty projects such as metalwork inclusion

• Lead onboarding and skills development sessions with existing field leadership.

​

• Ensure quality, safety, and workflow standards in the field.

​

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of residential remodeling/construction experience.
   

• Expert-level carpentry and installation knowledge.
   

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
   

• Familiarity with codes, safety standards, and inspections.
