Drafting Specialist (Mid-Level to Expert)

What You’ll Do

• Site measurement, documentation and accurate as-built modeling.

​

• Lead drafting and construction document production in Chief Architect.

​

• Translate design concepts into accurate, build-ready plans.
   

• Collaborate with the E|H team to ensure successful completion of projects.
   

• Manage drawing standards and ensure current documentation is posted and printed in all pertinent places.

​

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of residential drafting/design experience.
   

• Proficiency in Chief Architect (required).
   

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes.
   

• Attention to detail and collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
