What You’ll Do

• Support all phases of residential remodeling projects, from concept thru construction.
   

• Develop design drawings, floor plans, elevations, detail drawings, and 3D models using Chief Architect (primary software).
   

• Collaborate with clients, fellow designers, and construction leadership to refine and present design solutions.
   

• Assist with material selections, presentations, and project documentation using our online client-facing portal.
   

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.
   

• 1–4 years of residential design or design-build experience.
   

• Proficiency in Chief Architect; other software (Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD) a plus.
   

• Strong visualization, communication, and teamwork skills.
   

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000/year (DOE)
